In 2015, Tekashi 6ix9ine, pleaded guilty to the use of a child in a sexual performance, the act of which was filmed. Now, the alleged victim has filed a new lawsuit claiming that she was the girl in the video, as TMZ reports.
According to court documents, the woman identified only as Jane Doe is suing 6ix9ine for allegedly sexually abusing her at a Harlem party in 2015 when she was 13 years old. 6ix9ine was 18 at the time.
Doe also says that in addition to being underage in the videos, she was also intoxicated with drugs and alcohol and couldn’t consent to 6ix9ine and another adult, Tay Milly, when the three graphic videos were taken and then shared online.
The explicit videos showed Doe showed her performing a sexual act, her in her underwear, and her naked. She’s suing Tekashi and Milly for child sexual assault, child sexual abuse, and infliction of emotional distress.
The rapper’s attorney Lance Lazzaro has however said that 6ix9ine will “defend the lawsuit vigorously” after he’s officially served.
