#BuhariMustGo: Protesters Block Abuja Airport Road, Set Bonfire (Photos)

A group of Nigerians who described themselves as #RevolutionNow protesters held a demonstration along the highway leading to Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in the federal capital territory (FCT) Abuja this morning June 21.

The owner of SaharaReporters, Omoyele Sowore, who is one of the conveners of RevolutionNow, shared photos and videos of the protesters on his Facebook page today. The protesters were filmed chanting “Buhari must go” as they set on fire on the highway, obstructing the free flow of traffic.

In the post accompanying the video, Sowore wrote: “#BuhariMustGo protest[ers] on the highway to the airport in Abuja this morning! No Rest for the wicked! #RevolutionNow.”
